Because our content is delivered instantly and our services require preparation and time commitment, our refund policy follows industry-standard guidelines to ensure fairness and clarity for both parties.
1. Digital Products (E-Books, Digital Guides, Templates)
All digital products on Velixobook.com are delivered instantly after purchase.
For this reason, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
Refunds will only be issued under the following exceptional circumstances:
- You were charged by mistake (duplicate or unauthorized payment)
- You accidentally purchased the same digital item more than once
To qualify, the customer must contact us immediately with proof of the issue.
Because digital files can be downloaded and stored permanently, we cannot offer refunds for “change of mind,” content dissatisfaction, or misunderstanding of the product description.
2. Consulting Services
We offer 1-on-1 consulting sessions, strategy calls, and professional advice for clients.
Refund eligibility:
- You cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled session
- The consultant did not deliver the service as described or failed to attend the meeting
Refunds are not available if:
- You miss the scheduled meeting
- You cancel less than 24 hours before the session
- You are dissatisfied because you expected a specific result not guaranteed by the service description
Rescheduling is allowed once if requested 12+ hours before the session.
3. Website Development Services (Custom Website Builds)
For custom website builds or digital project services:
Non-Refundable Deposits
All website development services require an upfront deposit.
This deposit covers:
- Project planning
- Design preparation
- Reserved working time
- Initial development setup
Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, as work begins immediately after payment.
Milestone Payments
Once a milestone is delivered (design draft, page structure, revisions, etc.), that portion becomes non-refundable.
Refunds are available only if no work has started yet and the client requests cancellation within 24 hours of payment.
Project Cancellation
If the client decides to cancel after work has started:
- Completed work up to that point will be calculated and deducted
- Any remaining balance may be refunded depending on project progress
No refunds will be issued if the project is already more than 50% completed.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact us first with any billing or product issue.
Filing an unnecessary chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue may result in:
- Account restriction
- Cancellation of access to future products/services
- Submission of evidence to payment processors
- Additional administrative fees
